Students are expected to treat the institution as their second home, maintaining happiness while adhering to established rules and guidelines.
Guidance and Support:
Designated staff members act as parental figures during school holidays, deserving the same respect and obedience as one would show to their parents.
Students are encouraged to communicate any concerns or issues with their Housemaster or Housemistress, akin to how they would with their parents.
Spiritual Practices:
As a Christian institution, students are expected to engage in daily prayers and attend Sunday morning services to seek guidance and spiritual nourishment
Expectations From Students
Respectful Behavior:
-Students must treat others with respect, refraining from any form of bullying, name-calling, or ridiculing. -Using others' belongings without permission, stealing, or engaging in any form of inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
Compliance with Authority:
- Students must follow instructions from their Housemaster/Housemistress and speak to them politely at all times. - Respect for all staff members, including Security, Catering, and Cleaners, is mandatory.
Maintaining Boundaries:
- Strict adherence to gender-specific areas and refraining from forming romantic attachments within the institution is emphasized. - Inappropriate relations between students, whether of different sexes or the same sex, are strictly forbidden.
Responsible Technology Usage:
- Laptops and phones are to be used solely for legitimate purposes, with no unauthorized photography or use. - Visitors, other than parents or guardians, are not permitted without prior approval.
Leaving Premises
-Students are not allowed to leave the premises without permission unless it's for scheduled trips or activities.
Consequences for Violations:
Expulsion Offenses:
-Stealing, inappropriate relations, drug use, alcohol consumption, and smoking cigarettes result in immediate expulsion from the institution.
Progressive Disciplinary Measures:
-Offenses such as bullying, disrespectful behavior, unauthorized photography, or violating boundaries lead to warnings and subsequent suspensions. -Repeated offenses post-suspension can lead to expulsion from the institution, with the severity determined by the Board of Directors.
Serious Offenses Leading to Suspension:
-Instances such as students being alone together, unauthorized entry into gender-specific quarters, or entertaining unauthorized visitors lead to immediate suspension. -Repeated occurrences of serious offenses can result in expulsion from the institution.
